La Roche-Posay Effaclar Medicated Gel Cleanser is a dermatologist-developed acne face wash formulated with 2% salicylic acid to help target excess oil, pimples, blackheads and whiteheads for clearer skin. Clinically tested to reduce excess surface oil by up to 47%, leaving skin less oily throughout the day. The formula includes micro-exfoliating Lipo-Hydroxy Acid (LHA) for targeted, cell-by-cell removal of debris and impurities without harsh scrub particles. Fragrance-free, paraben-free, allergy-tested and dermatologist-tested. Oil-free and non-comedogenic. Active ingredient: 2% Salicylic Acid.
